Work/Life Tip – Buy Better Wine

So, I’m half French. And I love wine.  It’s just part of my blood.  I am an equal opportunity drinker.  I like white, I like red, I like rosé.  And after many years of training, so does my husband.  But something has changed recently.  Not ANY wine will do. Work/Life Tip – The Power of Self Motivation

As I’ve begun this commitment to 365 days of happiness, I am discovering that some days I sort of have to fake it.  I HATE the expression “fake it until you make it” but in this circumstance it’s so true.  I want to be dynamic, I want to be engaging, I want to be powerful… Continue reading Work/Life Tip – The Power of Self Motivation

I choose happiness. Today was my first day back at work after Baby #3. It was emotional. It was hard. There were tears. Lots of tears. I turned to Facebook to vent for a moment. As I often do, I turned to the written word to express what I was having a hard time articulating through tear-filled eyes. The response was overwhelming. The kindness of my friends and colleagues has warmed my heart and filled my head with ideas. With encouragement from friends and family, I am committing to documenting my journey in choosing happiness in work/life integration.
